Congressional Democrats have revealed fresh files pertaining to the late convicted financier and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, which include names of billionaire Elon Musk and Prince Andrew. According to documents that the Jeffrey Epstein Estate gave to the House Oversight Committee, Musk was invited to visit Epstein’s island in December 2014. Prince Andrew is listed as a passenger on a separate manifest for a May 2000 flight from New Jersey to Florida. Requests for comment have been made to Prince Andrew and Musk.
In the past, Prince Andrew has vehemently denied any misconduct. According to earlier quotes, Musk claimed that Epstein had asked him to the island but that he had turned it down. The incomplete documents come from the third set of records that the Jeffrey Epstein Estate produced. They include phone message logs, copies of flight logs and aircraft manifests, copies of bank ledgers, and Epstein’s daily schedule, according to Democrats on the House Oversight Committee.
The publicly available files include the names of other well-known individuals in addition to Musk and Prince Andrew, such as internet entrepreneur Peter Thiel and former Donald Trump advisor Steve Bannon.
